What We Work On

I don't treat diagnoses. I help with the stuff that's making your days harder than they need to be.

Fine Motor Skills

Using forks/spoons/knives, writing with pencils, cutting with scissors, zipping up jackets, buttoning a shirt, opening a water bottle - all might look difficult for a child who would benefit from Fine Motor Skill development!

Limited Food Variety

Your child has 5 favorite foods. They might gag or push the food away when they see or touch other foods. I can help you learn how to slowly and safely expand their food variety.

Meltdowns & Emotional Regulation

Your child isn't "bad." Their nervous system is overwhelmed. I help them, and you, learn what's driving the meltdowns and how to get ahead of them.

Sensory Processing Challenges

Tags that have to be cut out. Foods that can't touch. Noises that ruin everything. Sensory stuff is real, it's specific, and it's fixable with the right approach.

Daily Routine Struggles

Getting dressed, brushing teeth, leaving the house, bedtime. If your daily routines feel like a battle, that's exactly what I'm here for.

Social Skills & Play

If your child struggles to share, take turns, read social cues, or make friends, these are skills that can be taught in their natural environment.

Toilet Training Difficulties

If your child is terrified of the bathroom or years behind on toileting, there's usually a sensory or regulation piece that nobody's addressed yet.

Executive Function & Transitions

Trouble switching between activities. Difficulty following multi-step directions. Getting "stuck." These are executive function challenges, and they respond beautifully to the right strategies.

How Sessions Work

Sessions are 60 minutes in your home (or a community location). I work directly with your child while coaching you on what I'm doing and why. Midweek, we connect via text for quick questions and sharing wins.

Initial Evaluation: $300 | 60-Minute Session: $150 | Consultation Call: $75 for 30 min | IEP Meeting $112.50 for 45 minutes

Empower Kids OT is a private-pay practice. This means no waitlists and no insurance hoops.
